My wife and I Closed on an 850 sq. ft. 1 bedroom 1 full bath apartment on November 12, 2009. We have 4 closets, 1 walk-in, generous sized bedroom, a nice terrace and a large living room. The downside of it all is the very small corner kitchen. Well here is the fresh canvas I had to work with!
