Here are pictures of the Apartment as we saw it during a showing. As you can see the previous owners had a lot of large furniture which did not suite the place. Additionally the owner thought of himself as being handy. As you will see I found out the hard way, I had to take apart many of his mistakes. I saw a workable space and we made an offer. I was eager to see the space empty to better visualize how I wanted to renovate. It took sometime, prayer and patience but we made it to the Closing. Thank God.
